Anyone know of a good place to get music - FREE???
I tried out BearShare and IMesh (which are pretty much the same thing) and most of the stuff on there is protected - which means I can't get it on to my pink nano unless I dish out some cash. And I really don't want to spend any more money towards my subway trip (they've just hiked up the fares - I gotta stop spending!).

Warez sites.
Torrents are best. Use utorrent client and mininova and thepiratebay for searching.
Also, check out pandora.com. You enter a song name or artist and it creates a radio station with songs similar to the one you entered. Then you can vote on the songs they play and the song list will be adjusted as you vote. You can also download a client for pc and for most cells.
I get most of my music from friends without spending a cent. :)
Playlist.com works like Pandora only easier I think
