frum or aspergers?

There's this guy who works on my floor...
He's actually not too bad looks-wise
But a little bit awkward...

I think he might be married
Not sure how he managed that one...
(guess everyone really does find their beshert)

He never says hello
And never makes eye contact
Just shuffles along rather shyly

One day I ran to catch the elevator
That he nicely kept open for me

But when I got into the elevator
He turned to face the corner
Nose to the wall
When I thanked him for holding the doors

He even said "You're welcome"
While standing facing the corner
Where he stood for the duration of the ride
Even as other people got on and off

Super-frum or Aspergers syndrome?

My son and my nephew both are diagnosed Aspies. I suspect my brother is too, but he'd never get a diagnosis.
My sister believes that anyone who is frum must have some Aspie in them... after all, what's shockeling if it's not an Aspie trait?

I once got into an elevator with two chasidish men. Embarrassingly enough for me, I missed the two chasidish ladies who were standing there waiting for the elevator to drop the men off and come back.
Boy did I feel dumb.
