A few of my friends mentioned that they received a text message advising them not to go into the City on Wednesday. Another friend was apparently told the same thing by a Muslim taxi driver.
Has anyone heard about this?

No, there's another text going around saying it was meant for last wednesday which actually makes sense.
Why? What happened last Wednesday? Traffic on the FDR, West Side Highway?
The story goes like this
there was a lady who gave the taxi driver a large tip. the taxi driver said to her, for being so nice, that you shouldnt go into new york city

Last Wednesday was new years eve genius, so millions of people in times square plus a bomb would make more sense than a random wednesday
Yeah this would have made lots of sense. The attack is so top secret that every taxi driver knew about it but the FBI didn't....
The day after I got this text 8 times I got a text saying that a man DIDN'T tip a Muslim taxi driver and he told him to make sure to be in NY on Wednesday...
All that being said I'm going to be in NY tonight.
