something a skank would never wear

the fabulous piece on the left is called a Skant - "looks like a skirt, functions as a pant" from Active Modesta, a division of Aqua Modesta. Available in navy and silver-grey! only $65!
www.aquamodesta.net

And if you want to be really fashionable, take a look at this swimsuit (on right) now available in a really fashion forward print (matching head covering not included).

The "skant" used to be known as the "skort" back in my day... Had to wear them for gym class.

How is a skant (or skort) different than a culotte?

I expected a garment called a "skant" to be much shorter.

If dress on the right has a head covering, isn't it a burka by another name?

And the "skant" looks like something Barbara Eden wore in the 1960's.

I think skants are really ugly.

I think the skant is actually quite functional and fashionable-
I wore it on the treadmill and it is the most comfortable garment I ever wore for speed walking-
I recommend it to everyone I know-
can't wait to bike ride in it in the spring!

I agree....I recently ordered two for my sister and I enjoyed it tremendously in my aerobics and workout. It REALLY looks like a skirt and it is very comfortable. Kudos to Aqua Modesta for making such a a fabulous item!
