Wouldn't that depend on the person? I'm married, but when I wasn't, if my best friend who knew me better than anyone said this, I'd definitely consider it. If my neighbor's aunt's sister saw me at a wedding and said it, not so much.

Not a chance... but that's because I'm extremely shy and get nervous around people I've never met. I don't think it would be such a great wedding if I was nervous around my new-husband the whole time.
I guess it depends on how desperate you are, and on how's suggesting it.
