happy v-day?

so I know that we're technically not supposed to celebrate....

but wasn't today a great excuse for eating chinese?

:)
(happy lunar year to my asian friends!)

about Valentine's....
if your significant other doesn't do anything nice for you today,
is he really holy
or just a cheap shmuck?

Cheap skate.

A proper man will look for excuses (such as Valentines) to do something nice and sweet for you.

Nothing to do with holy or not.

If you're in a new relationship and there are no significant milestones to celebrate, then V-Day should probably mean something.

But as a married couple, we celebrate our birthdays and our anniversary and not V-Day.

Holy. It's Saint Valentine's Day - not exactly something a Jew should be participating in.

Here's how i read your question: "if your significant other doesn't do anything nice for you today, is she really holy or just a cheap shmuck?

Answer: It depends on the person.
