Anyway, "according to the halakhah" the most one must eat is only an "olive-size" piece of mazhah by the yom tov meals. (A lighter form of bread can also be made from potatoes...not that I worship potatoes like the Ashkenazim do, but it's definitely an option).

(Peronally though I am a bread enthusaist, and feel that a normal amount of bread should not negatively affect ones health, if they lead an active and healthy lifestyle..)הצעיר שלמה בן רפאל לבית שריקי ס"טhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04835340110056405173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7594551858000480911.post-70049132634084459142009-04-14T14:42:00.000-04:002009-04-14T14:42:00.000-04:00the walks i've been taking have been helping a lot...the walks i've been taking have been helping a lot. only setzer or water, and yea nashing on fruit instead.harry-er than them allhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07957506180776134351noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7594551858000480911.post-10079094394787473662009-04-14T13:24:00.000-04:002009-04-14T13:24:00.000-04:00The bubby thing sounds very familiar...The bubby thing sounds very familiar...NotaGeek!https://www.blogger.com/profile/16607161526210741574noreply@blogger.com
